From the Marin IJ headlines dated August 10, 2009. For those of you who remember this case, you might find the article of interest.
In 2008 Walt Kosta, Captain, Retired, and Mike Miller, Corporal, Retired, returned to work some of the unsolved cases which can be found in the homicide file cabinet in Investigations. A couple of phone calls and some leads urged them on and they finally got an answer. Unfortunately, they did not find anything to help clear the case and Tracy is still missing.
