I just spoke to Jerry Souza who said he received a phone call today from Dave Vargo telling him that Lou passed away this morning. Dave was called by Lou's sister and told of Lou's passing.
Lou was a great person and one that I'll remember as a kind and friendly man who was there to help when you needed him.
I'll post his obituary when it is published.
