Lou was a wonderful man and a great San Rafael Police Sergeant.

3/23/11: Please note some information I've received shows the time as 11:00 am for Lou's service on Saturday, 3/26/11. You might wish to call Chapel of the Hills to confirm. Gene Pennington

A memorial service has been scheduled for Lou on Saturday, March 26 at 10:30AM. The service will be at Chapel of the Hills 330 Redhill Blvd in San Anselmo.
The Honor Guard and Chief of Police will attend his service. If you attend in uniform, it will be a CLASS ‘A’ uniform, no ht, but long sleeved shirt and tie.
